Embroidery 101
Participants will gain valuable knowledge on how to do basic stitches, making a felt needle book to practice the feel of the needle, practice hoops of leaves and flowers to practice more stitches and other designs of their choice towards the end. Participants will gain practical knowledge on embellishing clothing or making decorative pieces, as well as how to sew, stitch, and join pieces of fabric together which can be applied to other areas.

Notes: Students are asked to bring: Pencils, white eraser, kneaded eraser, small ruler, sketchbook (11x14 or larger)
