Dreamy Oil Painting
Welcome to an introduction to understanding oil painting. First, we will begin with a Chalk Pastel Cloud Landscape allowing for practice with matching colours and some properties of how oil paints work. This allows for a scaffolded approach to capturing skills in oil painting. Next, we will create a small oil painting of a sky landscape. To complete the course we will have several classes to complete a choice image using image transfer techniques, paint palette prep, colour exploration, and paint application.

- Small Tubes of Oil Paint in Titanium, White, Lemon Yellow (Hue), Phthalo Blue, Ultramarine Blue, Crimson Red, Yellow Ochre, Red Oxide
- KSOA will provide the remainder of materials
