Unlock your artistic potential and delve into the captivating world of oil painting with teaching artist Lisa Leskien. This course is specially designed for beginners who are eager to explore the versatile medium of oil painting using water-mixable oils. Throughout this engaging and hands-on course, students will learn fundamental techniques and principles of oil painting, guided by Lisa's expert instruction and supportive feedback. Each class session will include demonstrations by Lisa, individualized instruction, and plenty of time for hands-on practice. Students will have the opportunity to experiment with different subjects, from still life to landscapes, and develop their oil painting skills under Lisa's guidance.


Tuesdays, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM


First Class: Tuesday, September 10, 2024


Last Class: Tuesday, October 29, 2024


Teaching Artist: Lisa Leskien


Skill Level: Beginner

Required age: Over 16 years old on the day of the activity
