This course teaches the foundational elements of drawing. We cover Line, Shape, Form, Perspective, Shading and Texture. We also learn how to approach a drawing with an artist's eye and mindset. This is a course for anyone who wants to improve their drawing capabilities. From the beginner who has never drawn a line, to the artist

who needs a refresher.


Tuesdays, 4:15 PM - 6:00 PM


First Class: Tuesday, January 21, 2025


Last Class: Tuesday, February 18, 2025


Duration of Course: 5 weeks

Required age: Ages 11 - 15


Location: Back Studio


Notes: Students are asked to bring their own sketchbook, drawing pencils, eraser, pencil sharpener
