The Organization of Kingston Women Artists Bursary is $500 and awarded to two deserving students, where each recipient will receive $250, to support studies at Kingston School of Art. Priority will be given to students who identify as female. Organization of Kingston Women Artists (OKWA) is a non-profit independent association formed in Kingston, Ontario in 1989, with a current membership of approximately sixty artists. The organization provides a forum for mutual support and exchange of information and ideas among local professional women artists. |

The Trevor S. Brown Bursary covers tuition for one term-length course at Kingston School of Art. This bursary will be awarded to a deserving student to support studies at Kingston School of Art. Priority will be given to students who identify as male. Submissions will be juried by the Brown Family. |
Vera Donefer BursaryVera Donefer, a well known Kingston artist in her 90s, is still painting and going strong. In her lengthy career she has excelled at life drawing, and would like to encourage others to learn how.
The Vera Donefer Bursary covers tuition and materials for "Head to Toe" or "Figure Drawing" at Kingston School of Art. This bursary will be awarded to a deserving student to support studies at Kingston School of Art. |
