Course Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if the school cancels the course.
• Cancellations by the student made at least a week before the class starts will be given a 100% refund, minus a $20 admin fee. 
• Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the class starts will be given an 70% refund minus the $20 admin fee.
• Cancellations made after the first class but before the second class will be given a 50% refund minus the $20 admin fee. We are not able to issue refunds for cancellations made after the second class. ​A credit to the registrant's account may be offered, or, if space is available, the option to switch to another class.

Workshop Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if the school cancels the workshop.

• Cancellations by the student made at least a week before the workshop starts will be given a 100% refund, minus a $20 admin fee. 
• Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the workshop starts will be given an 70% refund minus the $20 admin fee.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or closer to the start of the workshop will not be refunded. If the workshop is multiple sessions, no refunds will be given after the first session​​

​Camps Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if the school cancels the camp.
• Cancellations by the student made at least two weeks before the camp starts will be given a 100% refund, minus a $20 admin fee. 
• Cancellations made up to a week (7 days) before the camp starts will be given an 80% refund minus the $20 admin fee.
• Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance of the start of camp will be given a 40% refund minus the $20 admin fee.
• We are not able to issue refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before or once the camp begins. A 40% credit to the registrant's account may be offered, or, if space is available, the option to switch to another week (summer camps only)
